What would you do with 10 million dollars?

I read today that Zimbabwe has just introduced a 10 million dollar bank note. Sounds like a lot of money. Unfortunately it's less than 4 US dollars. When Joel and I arrived in Zimbabwe just over a year ago the exchange rate was 1,200 Zim dollars to 1 US. Now it's over 2 million to 1. That's hyperinflation for you and it doesn't seem to stop. What would you do with 10 million dollars? If you live in Zimbabwe, not much.

This is great news! Just think, it would mean that Joel could start using his "purse" again! ;)

This also would have made paying for our pizza lunch a little easier! :)

Seriously though, I am blown away by the fact that the "parallel" exchange rate is now double what it was when we were there only a few months ago. I can't imagine the challenges people are facing right now.

It's so crazy how fast it changes, and I always think it can't keep going but it does.

Pizza Inn....mmmmmmmm! :)
